Customer portal
You can view lease and billing history, pay bills, and submit nominations with an online customer account. Our customer portal is:
- easy,
- fast, and
- secure!
Convenience fees apply. Credit card users will pay a 2.25% fee of the amount due, plus $0.75. Electronic check users will pay a $1.00 fee.
Customer Portal Notice
The customer portal is currently offline for system upgrades however, the Quick bill pay option is available.
You don't need an account to pay an invoice. You just need the lease number and invoice number.
You can always pay your invoice by mailing your check to the Denver office:
1127 Sherman St, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80203.
If you experience any problems paying your invoice due to a system error, please email our Finance Manager at: veronica.ritterholz@state.co.us.
If you need assistance submitting an oil and gas auction nomination, please email our Resource Extraction Technician at: sherry.lee@state.co.us.
